You are ready to take action to improve your health. There may be a new diagnosis that drives a need to improve your health, or you may simply have a desire to feel better. Regardless of the reason, harnessing your motivation now is essential. Let’s take a peek at what working with a Personal Health Coach looks like.

So, where do you start? Nutrition? Fitness? Meditation? What are the goals? What barriers do you often encounter? Why haven’t all the previous efforts in the past been successful? It can be overwhelming and confusing. Welcome, your Personal Health Coach.

At Well-Being, our Intrinsic Health Coaches take a client-centered approach to help you identify what is most important to you and WHY. Your personal health coach will help you filter out the noise and narrow in on the specifics to get you started. From there, you will work together to identify goals and strategies to elicit sustainable behavior change and further help you self-manage your healthy future. After all, you are the expert in YOU; you know yourself better than anyone else does.

How do you know if you need a Personal Health Coach? 

Ask yourself some of these questions:

  1. Do I need to address some concerns before I begin the 12-week Well-Being Program?
  2. Do I currently feel uneasy in the path I have set for my health?
  3. Do I have barriers and roadblocks preventing me from reaching my health goals?
  4. Do I often try the latest fad diet, supplement, or program only to end up at square one again? 
  5. Do I lack the support and encouragement to reach my goals?

 

If you are not confident that what you are doing today will help you achieve your health goals, personal health coaching may be for you. 

 

  • You do not need to be a member of our Tribe to benefit from our Personal Health Coaching Services.
  • Personal Health Coaching with Well-Being is not a substitute for medical treatment with your physician.  
  • Health Coaching with Well-Being is not meant for chronic disease management.

How long are sessions with an online Personal Health Coach?

When you become a member of our Tribe and participate in in-person, you receive three 15-minute coaching sessions over the course of the 12 weeks.

Additionally, if you participate in our Virtual program or are not yet a Tribe member, we offer 30 minute and 45-minute coaching sessions. The choice is yours, and you can purchase each session ala cart or purchase a package to use over time. 

Each 30-minute session is $50 or purchase 4 for $160

Each 45-minute session is $75 or purchase 4 for $275
