Intro: Starting Line Measurements 

Welcome to Well-Being.  During this session, Dr. Hull will help set you up for success! We will review the course outline and how to take your starting line measurements.  The recommended blood work is NOT required, however, for those looking to improve biomarkers, this is a good list to review with your medical provider.

We are incredibly thankful to have you joining us!  During this introductory session, we will be taking a step back in time to better determine what truly defines the ideal human diet. The answers can be found in the footprints of our Homo sapien ancestors.  Follow us as we uncover this trail!
