We will get to this in session 4. There is more of an ideal range, and it is dependant upon your goals. You are producing ketones with any reading over .5mmol. Ideally, we would like it between 1-3.5. More to come! Unless you are following a ketogenic diet now, you may want to wait to start testing ketones and stick with measuring glucose for now.
