What exactly do you want an explanation on? You want to follow the Optimal Glucose chart for your glucose numbers. Testing to see what your fasting glucose is, and your post-meal glucose. We do not want to see more than a 30 point jump post-meal. Dr. Hull will review all of these details in the sessions and there are details n your notes. You do not need to start testing ketones until week 6.
