Welcome to Well-Being! Every week, a new lesson will be released here along with the session notes. Each session builds on the next, and we encourage you to watch them in order and follow the weekly action plans.  If at any time you begin to feel overwhelmed, pause.  Then identify what you think are the most important item(s) for you to focus on based on YOUR goals. Make sure to Download or Print your notes for each session. They are located under your videos.

  • You can access your DOCUMENT HUB by clicking on your DASHBOARD and scrolling Down.
  • NOTE: You will have access to the video sessions for an additional two weeks after the session ends. Download the notes to your computer; those are yours to keep.
