Welcome to Rooted Plus! We are so excited that you chose to continue your access to all 12 weeks of content and more. You have learned that this lifestyle change is not easy and never really done. Revisiting our purpose and our reasons why we started this journey to begin with, is instrumental in us sustaining any changes we make.
Whether you have recently graduated or are an alumnus from years past, we are grateful to have you joining us here. Some of the content within the 12-week sessions may be new to you. Please reach out at anytime should you have questions.

Spend some time looking through your Document Hub and Progress Tracker. If you have yet to utilize your Progress Tracker, we encourage you to begin. This is a wonderful tool for you to track your experience. You can download your tracker to share with your provider at any time.
