Allison Hull, DO
Allison Hull, DO is a practicing, dual board-certified adult internist and pediatrician. As founder and CEO of Well-Being, Dr. Hull has been empowering patients, employees, and community organizations to optimize their health, prevent disease, and mitigate chronic conditions. As creator of an award-winning corporate wellness program, Dr. Hull is a visionary seeking to transform the culture of companies and the lives within them. Her background and expertise in human nutrition coupled with her passion for behavior change, has created the foundation for Dr. Hull to effectively educate each member of the Well-Being Tribe so they in return can impact the lives around them. Most recently, Dr. Hull has become an associate professor with the University of South Florida to conduct research to better solidify not only the metabolic effects of low-carbohydrate and ketogenic nutrition, but more importantly how to adopt and sustain this nutritional practice life-long.
Kelly Matthew, B.S.
Kelly Matthew is a graduate of Ohio University and has over twenty years in the Wellness Industry. Most recently Kelly worked alongside Dr. Hull developing an award winning Employee Wellness Program and co creating Well-Being, A Tribe Planted with Purpose. As an Intrinsic Health Coach, Kelly works with our participants to help them realize their potential and ignite sustainable behavior change.

The best outcome of my transformation is being able to be active with my incredibly supportive family below and finding my purpose.
I have had firsthand experience watching my patients who have autoimmune disease, diabetes, hypertension, depression with anxiety, and heart disease shed the pounds and get off of their meds that give them so many side effects. The unbelievable amount of energy these patients are able to regain is incredible! I have not had a single patient regret going through this program. This truly is the only program I believe in because it makes sense and it works and it’s just that simple.
